Yasmine is a lifestyle and habit coach who has helped many people improve their health, reduce chemical exposure, and increase their overall energy and well-being. She is passionate about guiding others toward healthier, life-changing habits and loves sharing the natural solutions that can support overall wellness.
 

Luis has been a trainer for more than six years, with a master’s degree and experience helping people improve their fitness and reach personal goals. Passionate about movement, health, and the connection between humans and nature, he loves helping others become stronger, healthier, and more conscious of their daily choices.
